Total War: Warhammer III is an upcoming turn-based strategy and real-time tactics video game developed by Creative Assembly and published by Sega. It is part of the Total War series, and the third to be set in Games Workshop's Warhammer Fantasy fictional universe (following 2016's Total War: Warhammer and 2017's Total War: Warhammer II). The game was announced on February 3, 2021 and was released on February 17, 2022. Warhammer III released earlier today on Steam and speculations have already started to rise up. What is Total War: Warhammer III?
Total War: Warhammer 3 will be launching across multiple storefronts on February 17 as the cataclysmic conclusion to the Total War: Warhammer trilogy. Here is the official description of the game:

Does the Game Pass Include Total War: Warhammer III?
As I mentioned earlier, Xbox has confirmed the upcoming Game Pass title in its blog post on February 15th. The game will be available on day one with PC Game Pass. This latest entry in the Total War franchise will feature a ton of options in the types of factions players can choose from.
Every faction will be suited to a wide variety of playstyles both on and off the battlefield. The narration of the campaign will also be compelling according to Microsoft.
