For information, let us tell you that Building 21 has been live for only 24 hours before being disabled in the DMZ. Many players with access keycards were surprised to see long queues for Building 21 on Tuesday evening. But what does Building 21's cooldown timer mean? Is Building 21 bugged or is it something more? No, this is not a bug. That is, the developers disabled Building 21 on Tuesday evening.

According to Infinity Ward's Twitter page, "Building 21 has entered lockdown following a significant intrusion." "Access cards are disabled but will be operational within the week. Prepare accordingly". So there you have it. The developers have decided to lock down Building 21 for 24 hours after release.
