Lost Ark won six-game awards in various categories at the Korea Game Awards 2019. Developing the game cost about $85.4 million. Where it Belongs Lost Ark – Hoarfrost Robbers Location
Where it is the Belongs quest is the location of the Hoarfrost Robbers in the Lost Ark, and it is in the far north of the world map. In particular, you need to go to the continent of Shuyshire. After reaching there, go to the area called Frozen Sea. When you open the map of the Frozen Sea region, you will see that in the bottom right there is a part called Robber Territory. As you can probably guess from the name, the place to lose with Hoarfrost Robbers is positively lousy. You can also find them at Ship Graveyard in the northwest, but Robber Territory is definitely a place to farm. Once you have as much loot as you need, talk to an NPC named Dyson, who is also in the Frozen Sea (aka the question mark on the west side of the map).

Now that you know where to go, it's fairly easy to accomplish - all you have to do is kill fifty robbers and collect their loot.
