More than 15 million copies were sold by 2020, having around 2.5 million monthly active players in 2017. The Elder Scrolls Online servers are currently down for maintenance as Bethesda works on the scheduled maintenance. The maintenance hours were announced on Twitter primarily. Therefore current gaming sessions are put on hold for its player base.
