Sayu Genshin Impact
Sayu is dressed in a tunaki hoodie with a long tail and appears to be a little youngster.She is a four-star character with a Claymore who scales on attack and elemental mastery. One of Honey Hunter's great moves, according to her, is rolling into a wind wheel and inflicting damage on anyone who crosses her way.She can absorb elemental damage and fling it back at opponents while rolling around. When she's finished, she finishes the action with a huge kick. You can either wait for the action to end before striking, or you can strike sooner if the situation requires it.
Sayu may also summon assistance that deals anemo damage to opponents while healing her teammates, allowing her to easily fulfil damage or healer roles in your squad. She also has a passive that helps your team to sneak up on Crystal Flies and other animals without causing them to be startled. Furthermore, if Sayu activates the swirl reaction, she will heal everyone in your party for 300 hit points, which is a nice bonus. It's important to note, though, that the character is still in the early stages of development, so things could change between now and when she's released.
When is the Genshin Impact Sayu banner release date?
The release date for the Sayu banner is August 10, 2021. Sayu is a four-star who will appear alongside Yoimiya in the Tapestry of Golden Flames banner, which is the second of two Genshin Impact 2.0 update banners. Ayaka will be featured in the first banner, The Heron's Court. The new Inazuma region in Genshin Impact is also included in this version.
The first character banner for Inazuma is The Heron's Court, which lets players wish for Ayaka with boosted rates. We know that Yoimiya and Sayu are both part of the second banner that follows this: Tapestry of Eternal Flames.
Since character banners usually run for around three weeks, this would mean the Genshin Impact Sayu banner release date is August 11. No official date has been announced yet, but this seems likely.

Sayu Genshin Impact Ability
NORMAL ATTACK: SHIYUUMATSU-BAN NINJA BLADE
- Normal attack: Perform up to four strikes in a row.
- Charged attack: Drains stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents. At the end of the sequence, perform a more powerful slash.
- Plunging attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE damage upon impact.
Sayu Genshin Impact Elements
ELEMENTAL SKILL: YOOHOO ART – FUUIN DASH
Curl up into a rolling Fufu Windwheel and smash into opponents at high speed, dealing Anemo damage. When the duration ends, unleashes a Fufu Whirlwind Kick, dealing AoE Anemo damage.
- Press: Enter the Fufu Windwheel state, roll forward a short distance before using the Fufu Whirlwind Kick
- Hold: Roll continuously in the Fufu Windwheel state, increasing resistance to interruption. Can trigger elemental absorption. Has a maximum duration of 10s.
- Elemental absorption: Occurs once per use – if Sayu comes into contact with Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, or Electro while in the Windwheel, she deals additional elemental damage of that type.
ELEMENTAL BURST: YOOHOO ART – MUJINA MADNESS
Summons a pair of helping hands, dealing Anemo damage to nearby enemies and healing nearby party members. The amount of HP restored is based on Sayu’s attack and summoning a Muji-Muji Daruma.
- Muji-Muji Daruma: Either attacking nearby enemies dealing Anemo damage if nearby characters HP is above 70%. If HP is, however, below 70%, it will heal the character with the lowest percentage HP, or heal all characters above 70% HP if no enemies are nearby.

Yoohoo Art: Fuuin Dash (Sayu Elemental Skill)
- Rolls into the Fuufuu Windwheel state and deals Anemo damage to opponents in the way. Unleashes Fuufuu Whirlwind Kick at the end and deals Anemo AoE damage.
- Press: Enters the Fuufuu Whirlwind state and rolls forward a short distance
- Hold: Rolls continuously
- Increases Sayu’s interruption resistance
- Can control the roll’s direction and trigger Elemental Absorption
- Lasts 10 seconds. Can press the skill button again to end early and unleash a more powerful kick
Yoohoo Art: Mujima Flurry (Sayu Burst)
- Deals Anemo damage to close opponents, heals party members, and creates the Muji-Muji Daruma
- If HP of nearby characters is greater than 70%, the Daruma attacks nearby enemies with Anemo damage
- If characters have less than 70% HP, the Daruma heals the one with the lowest HP. Will automatically heal if there are no enemies nearby.
Sayu Passive Talents
- Yoohoo Art – Silencer’s Secret: When Sayu is present, your characters will not scare Crystal Flies or other specific animals when approaching them.
- Go Find Someone Else: Sayu heals all characters and nearby allies for 300 HP and an additional 1.2 HP for every point of elemental mastery she has when she initiates a Swirl response. This can be set to happen every 2 seconds.
- I Don’t Wanna Work: The Muji-Muji Daruma gains: when healing a character, it also heals nearby characters for 20% the amount of HP and increases the AoE of its attack against enemies.

Sayu needs a mix of new and old items to level up. Crystal Marrow is a new field item in Inazuma. Aside from that, plan on challenging Maguu Kenki and hunting down Whopperflowers a fair bit if you use Sayu.
