Pokemon GO Therian Forme Tornadus Counters
For information, let us tell you that the best counter against the Therian forme of Tornadus in Pokemon GO are Pokemon with Rock, Electric and/or Ice attacks. All of these do about 160% damage to Tornadus. On the other hand, Fighting, Bug and Grass attacks do just 63% damage, while Ground Pokemon do a pitiful 39%. Makes sense, considering that Tornadus is a Flying-type creature. So, with all of that said, here are some combos that should prove pretty effective against it, in no particular order. - Zekrom with Charge Beam and Wild Charge
- Rhyperior with Smack Down and Rock Wrecker
Pokemon GO Therian Tornadus Best Moveset
If you want Therian Tornadus in Pokemon Go then the best move for it, and I mean the best, is Gust as quick attack and Hurricane as the Charged Attack. This combo grants you the most DPS, so it’s ideal for when you’re on the offense, but it also works pretty well for defense, too. Now, granted, if you square up against a Pokemon that takes less damage from Flying-type attacks, you’ll be in trouble. Probably best to swap your Tornadus out for someone else if that happens.
But it's also true that these aren't the only moves the Therian form can have. If we talk about quick attack, then another option is Astonish, which is a Ghost-type move. There’s even more variety in Charged Attacks, including Focus Blast (Fighting), Heat Wave (Fire), and Psychic (obvious). So, feel free to mix and match to your tastes and needs.
