Mobile Legends (MLBB) Patch 1.6.48 Update Notes
Here are the official patch notes for Mobile Legends Patch 1.6.48 that is now rolling out to all the supported platforms of the game:
Mobile Legends Patch 1.6.48 Update: New Hero Xavier
After releasing the newest Marksman Melissa as a part of the Mobile Legends Patch 1.6.46 Update, the newest Mage Hero named Xavier, Defier of Light has been added. With an interesting character design and unique skill sets, he will be an important addition to the game.
Passive – Transcendence
His passive Transcendence has two effects. Each time, Xavier hits an enemy with his skills, he gains a stack of Energy Surge (up to 3 stacks) that enhances his subsequent skills. After reaching 3 stacks, Xavier enters the Transcendence state. The range of his skills and damage will be enhanced.
The other one is the domain. Xavier is surrounded by a mystic domain and applies Paradox stacks, up to 3 stacks to all enemies. Each stack reduces the enemy’s movement speed by 33%; the maximum stack will immobilize the enemies.
Skill 1- Infinite Extension
Xavier fires a Mystic Bullet that deals Magic Damage to enemies in its path. The Bullet’s flying distance will increase each time it hits an enemy or the Mystic Barrier.
On its Enhanced First Skill state, the damage and the width of its damage range will be increased.
Skill 2- Mystic Field
Xavier conjures a Mystic Barrier that slows enemies and speeds up allies it comes into contact with. The Barrier will expand into a forbidden field, when hit by the Mystic Bullet. Additionally, if the the first skill passes through the second skill, it will also create a forbidden area Enemies inside the area will get immobilized.
On its Enhanced Second Skill state, the damage and the width of its damage range will be increased.
Ultimate- Dawning Light
Xavier fires a global Mystic Bolt that deals damage to enemies in its path simultaneously and enters the Transcendence state. In such a Transcendence state, the colour of the skill will be changed to purple.
Mobile Legends Patch 1.6.48 Update: Hero Adjustments
Melissa (Adjusted)
Melissa’s Passive is being boosted after her release in the last Patch Update, with her second skill is being optimized and adjusted. More adjustments will be made to optimize her in future patch updates.
Passive- Doll Buster
- New Effect: For every 4 attacks, Melissa’s next Basic Attack deals 100 extra damage (applied in the previous version).
Go! Muddles!
- Skill casting method has been adjusted.
Yin (Nerfed)
Being introduced as a part of the Mobile Legends Patch 1.6.40 Update, the Skill 1 and 2 has been partially nerfed in this update. The Ultimate of Yin has been adjusted.
Charged Punch
- Duration: 2s >> 3s
- Damage has been slightly reduced.
Frenzy Strike
- Slow Duration: 0.3 s >> 0.2 s
- Damage has been slightly reduced.
Instant Blast
- Extra Damage Reduction: 30%>> 25%
Instant Blast (Lieh)
- Extra Damage Reduction: 30% >> 25%
- Stun Duration: 1.5 s >> 1.25 s
My Turn
- Casting Range: 2 >> 2.3
- HP Regen On Kill: 30% >> 25%
Aulus (Nerfed)
The Fighting Spirit skill of Aulus has been partially nerfed.
Fighting Spirit
- Extra Damage: 135% >> 130%
Aamon (Adjusted)
Aamon has ben adjusted as a part of this update, with his Inivsible Armor and Endless Shards being nerfed. The Slayer Shards are being reverted to the original server version.
Invisible Armor
- The extra movement Speed now decays faster.
Slayer Shards
- Reverted to the Official Server version.
Endless Shards
- Shifted most of the damage to the final hit so the opposing players may dodge the damage using Blink or skills that grant Invincibility. Also slightly lowered the AOE damage.
Yve (Nerfed)
Yve has been nerfed with its cooldown of Void Blast skill and Real World Manipulation being increased.
Void Blast
- Cooldown: 4.5-2.5 s >> 6-2.5 s
Real World Manipulation
- Cooldown: 55-45 s >> 75-55 s
- Mana Cost: 110-190 >> 180-260
Phoveus (Nerfed)
Phoveus has been nerfed as a part of the Mobile Legends Patch 1.6.48 Update, with the cooldown of its Demonic Force skill being increased. The shield HP bonus of his first skill is being lowered.
Malefic Terror
- Shield’s HP Bonus: 8% >> 6%
Demonic Force
- Cooldown: 45-35 s >> 60-40 s
Wanwan
Few attributes of Wanwan has been buffed.

- Base Physical Attack: 90 >> 95
- Base Movement Speed: 240 >> 245
Harith (Buffed)
The first skill of Harith has been heavily buffed with its initial and subsequent damage being increased.
Synchro Fission
- Initial Damage: 145-270 + 70% Magic Power >> 204-324 + 84% Magic Power
- Subsequent Damage: 435-810 >> 510-810
Pharsa (Nerfed)
The cooldown of the ultimate has been increased for Pharsa, resulting it to be nerfed.
Feathered Air Strike
- Cooldown: 36-28 s >> 46-38 s
Claude (Nerfed)
The buffs from the previous patch are being slightly reverted.
Battle Side-by-side
- Dexter’s Damage: 60 + 35% Physical Attack >> 30 + 35% Physical Attack
Battle Mirror Image
- Dexter’s Damage: 60 + 35% Physical Attack >> 30 + 35% Physical Attack
Popol and Kupa (Nerfed)
The early game damage has been slightly reduced.
Bite ’em, Kupa!
- Kupa’s Base Damage: 120-210 >> 100-190
Silvanna (Buffed)
The previous adjustments made to Silvanna are being reverted.
Knightess’ Resolve
- Attack Speed Ratio: 80% >> 100%
Spiral Strangling
- Shield has been added back.
- The extra Magic Lifesteal has been removed.
- The previous nerf on the pulling force has been partially reverted.
Imperial Justice
- The extra Magic Lifesteal has been added back.
Natalia (Buffed)
Natalia’s passive is being buffed to help her in the jungle.
Assassin Instinct
- Basic Attack’s Extra Damage Against Creeps: 30% >> 50%
Minotaur (Adjusted)
With the ultimate of Minotaur heavily influencing the game now, the rage gained from his attacks is being reduced.
Rage Mode
- Rage gained from the attacks is slightly reduced.
Despair Stomp
- Skill 1’s Extra Damage (Enraged): 1.5% of Minotaur’s Max HP >> 3% of Minotaur’s Max HP

- Rage Regen: 45-55 >> 40-50

Favor
A tentative fix has been applied for healers who have been overperforming with the extra HP Regen.
- HP Regen: 360-900 >> 300-750
Conceal
The developers are putting a brake on Conceal’s burst movement speed. The opposing players may have a bit more time to react as it will take 1.5 s to get to maximum speed.
Equipments
War Axe
Physical Attack has been decreased, as this equipment was frequently being used.
- Physical Attack: 45 >> 35
Bug fixes
Issues were fixed where the damage of Edith’s Passive was abnormally high against turrets and minions.
