If you want to get the whistle emotion in Lost Ark, you'll have to jump through a few hoops. First, you'll need to get down to Azure Wind Island, which you can find south of Rohendel, north of Yorn, southwest of Phantom Wing Island. We’ll show you where it is in the screenshot below. Before you do, consider getting up to item level 800 or so, because it’s a very difficult area to fight through. Once you get there, you have to grind the Ruffians in the Ground Una Daily Task (unlocks at Combat Level 50). Before starting on this quest, you will have to reach The Main of the Azure Wind and start the Azure Wind Island quest line.
To get the Lost Ark Whistle Emote after you've completed all of the instructions mentioned above, you'll need to grind the Ruffians in the Ground quest until you reach level three of recognition. Basically, you have to hunt boars until the game tells you to stop. Rinse and repeat, get to level three, and the Whistle emote will be your reward.
