Elden Ring is an Open-world Action Role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game, directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, was created in collaboration with fantasy novelist George R.R. Martin, who provided material for the game's setting. Recently Elden Ring has been released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. Elden Ring’s The Lands Between is littered with numerous colossal creatures such as the Bell Turtle Walking Mausoleum. And while many of them will attack you immediately, the Walking Bell Tower will simply stride around with its gigantic steps. If you want to enter the Bell Turtle Tower, you will need to stop it and make it sit down to the ground. In this guide, we will give you a detailed explanation of how to stop and enter the Bell Turtle Walking Mausoleum in Elden Ring, and what is Remembrance Duplication. How to stop & enter Elden Ring Bell Turtle Walking Mausoleum
How to Stop & Climb Walking Bell Turtle Tower
There is a separate merchant's shack near the walking tower to learn more about the Walking Bell Turtle Tower. See our map below for exact location. There, you can buy hints from an isolated merchant. He will sell you Walking Tombstone Signs for 600 Runes (Souls from Dark Souls). The note suggests that we need to "cleanse around its legs" if we want to stop and climb the tower.
The first thing to note here is that at first glance, the cleaning part could be interpreted as killing the headless soldiers walking around the Walking Bell Tower. And that's actually a good thing to do as our first step. But I don't think this is the solution to how to stop the Walking Bell Tower. Once you have killed a few groups of soldiers around the tower, come closer to the feet of the tower. You will notice that each leg is covered with shiny skulls. And that's the cleaning part. You have to remove those skulls with your attacks. Don't worry, the Walking Bell Tower will not react to attacks. However you need to be careful with its steps or you may end up flattening. Once you remove the skulls from all four legs, the Walking Bell Turtle Tower Mausoleum will stop, build a foundation with its feet, and root itself in that spot. Now you can safely climb and enter the Walking Bell Turtle Tower.
Elden Ring Remembrance Duplication
So guys now's the time when you're finally in. And then you'll see a dead body with which you can interact to open the Remembrance Duplication Menu. This menu will allow you to duplicate your Remembrance items, which you receive by defeating Shardbearers. These bearrers of the Elden Ring shards are bosses that drop a Remembrance on death. You can use this item to either exchange it for a hefty sum of Runes or to receive unique heroic power. And with the Remembrance Duplication menu, you will be able to receive double the amount of bonuses from it, but don’t forget that you have only one use per Mausoleum.
