Elden Ring is an upcoming action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. In any game made by developer FromSoftware, healing is one of the most important elements. Due to the punishing nature of the games, players will need to heal every and any chance they get. Elden Ring is no different, as the game has some brutal bosses and enemy types that will leave players wishing they had more healing flasks.

Get more healing Flasks in Elden Ring
If you want to get more healing flasks the item you will need for this is called a golden seed. Golden Seed is the only way to increase the number of flasks available to you in the Elden Ring.
When you start the game you will have four flasks. You can allocate these as you see fit. If you went for a tank build, you'd probably want to put three or four flasks in Crimson Tears for the best HP restoration. But you also have to keep in mind that, if you're a wizard, Cerulean Tears is the best for restoring FP.
After you've found your first gold seed, you can use it to give yourself an extra flask at the grace site. You can once again choose where to allocate it.
As time goes on, you'll need to find more and more golden seeds to increase the number of flasks you have. So starting off, you'll only need one to increase the number. But soon, you'll need two golden seeds.
If you want to find golden seeds, you have to look for small golden trees growing from the ground. Because it's the only way to find the Golden Seeds in the Elden Ring, but they're quite scattered throughout the map.
And the biggest problem with this is that they're hard to miss and by the time you explore the areas, you'll find a few before long. Whenever you have the amount of golden seeds you need, go to the grace site and give yourself another healing flask.
