If you want Soul Left in the X-301 quest in the Lost Ark it requires you to find the Secret Base Guard's Eye Sensor, but it starts with Diego's Mom in Starlight Isle. By that, I mean she's the search giver, and she gives you the second entry of Favreau, which you need to read in order to start the search appropriately. Board your ship and follow it to Facility X-301 (as marked on the map).
There are a few things that you should keep in mind while playing this game, and that is, once you get into the facility, things are quite simple. All you have to do is quest markers in place and follow them from NPC to NPC. The only exception is the step where you have to repair the B-0031. For that, you'll need a steel diver's arm circuitry, a steel diver's joint rivet, and a secret base guard's eye sensor. These mobs spawn every two to five minutes, and be sure to visit all three locations every now and then to see where the monster is. Fight them until you find the eye sensor, then go and repair the B-0031.
