If you want to get Mount Cerberus in the Lost Ark the only way is to buy the $99 Founders Pack, aka the Platinum Founders Pack. Of the four you can buy, the most expensive bundle is the only one that comes with this particular mount. That doesn't mean developers won't naturally add a way to get Cerberus by playing the game. However, I'm going to take a guess and say it won't happen anytime soon. They want to make platinum pack buyers feel that they have got their money's worth. After all, if they're prepared to spend that much upfront, they're probably over the long haul and will drop even more cash in the future.
As of the time of writing this article, I could not find any other way and this is the only way to get the Lost Ark Cerberus Mount. If it becomes available through various means, even the regular in-game store, we will definitely let you know. If you have the Platinum Founders Pack, simply redeem all your items after booting up the game, and Cerberus will be in your inventory. From there, you can use the mount as you can find in the Lost Ark - register it in an accelerated slot, and you should be good to go. I don't know if there are any tangible benefits of special mounts compared to regular mounts. Either way, I think you have bragging rights.
