You'll be glad to know that the Fortnite v18.10 update is now being rolled out by Epic Games to everyone, and we have the full patch notes, but you'll have to stay with us until the end to get it. This is the first major title update since the launch of Season 8 nearly two weeks ago. It is expected to include some new features, some adjustments in new developments and the usual set of bug fixes.

Fortnite Patch Notes: v18.10 Update

Unfortunately, the official patch notes for the Fortnite v18.10 Update are not out yet by the developers. However, this patch is now already rolling out to players in different regions on all the supported platforms of the game.

We will add the release notes once they are made available online by the developers. Till then, we can only hope they have fixed a number of annoying bugs that the community has been reporting.

Battle Royale Issues:

1. Crash site slip streams won’t disable after hitting a certain storm circle phase

We are aware the Crash site slip streams are not disabling after a certain storm circle.

2. Vehicles take heavy damage when colliding with Mothership wreckage.

Please be aware that vehicles may clip into and take heavy damage when colliding with Mothership wreckage pieces at crash sites, potentially causing you to be eliminated.

3. Dark Jonesy Stage 2 quest “Stoke a Campfire” doesn’t progress during the match when it’s obtained.

Workaround

The quest will progress in the next match played.

4. Donation Boards do not display War Effort items in chosen language.

Players with a non-English language selected will not see the name of the items available to donate to in the War Effort in their chosen language.

Save The World Issues

1. Quests cannot be pinned from quest journal

The option to pin quest in the quest journal is currently unavailable
