Elden Ring is an Open-world Action Role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game, directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, was created in collaboration with fantasy novelist George R.R. Martin, who provided material for the game's setting. Recently Elden Ring has been released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. The Elden Ring talisman pouch is an item that you can find in the game. They allow you to have more talismans equipped at the same time, which can be a huge help. Given the importance of the talisman pouches, we thought it prudent to give you a guide. We’ll explain how to use the talisman pouches, give you their locations, and explain why Margit the Fell Omen didn’t drop the talisman pouch for you. Elden Ring Talisman Pouch
How to Use Talisman Pouch in Elden Ring
There is one thing which is very important for you to know and that is that you do not need to use the Elden Ring talisman pouch in any way. By that, I mean, you just have to get the item, and it does its thing automatically. As soon as you pick up a talisman pouch, you’ll immediately get another slot in which you can carry another talisman. You don’t need to find the pouch somewhere in your inventory and consume it or anything like that. Everything happens of its own accord, thank heavens. God only knows it’s complicated everywhere else, so enjoy the one time where it’s nice and simple. So, how do you actually get more of these?
Talisman Pouch Locations in Elden Ring
If we talk about the talisman pouch then there are three talisman pouch locations in the Elden Ring that we are well aware of. Two of them start relatively early, and the third comes later. You can get your first Talisman Pouch by defeating Margit the Fell Omen, who is likely to be the first "real" boss you encounter. Since the game is open-world, your mileage may vary, but Margit will probably be the first unskippable boss you fight (in the sense that you have to kill her to beat the game).
If you want to get a second pouch, you'll need to get two Great Runes. This is probably going to happen after you kill Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon. She’s the boss of Academy of Raya Lucaria. Once you have two Great Runes, go and talk to Finger Reader Enia in Roundtable Hold (location described in our Knight Armor Set Location guide). She will reward you with another talisman pouch.
Now let's talk about the third and last patch. So we know about the drops of a boss named Godfrey, the First Elden Lord. You will fight him at the Lindell of the Royal Capital. Not much can be said about it.
Margit the Fell Omen Didn’t Drop the Talisman Pouch
For information, let us tell you that if Margit the Fell Omen does not leave the Talisman Pouch in the Elden Ring, then you have encountered a bug. On the bright side, you’re not the only one. Other players have been reporting this problem, too. The bad news is that there is no solution for this problem that we know of. If you’ve managed to unearth some sort of fix or workaround, let everyone know in the comments. For now, the only advice we can give you is to contact From’s support and wait for the developers to solve the issue. Meanwhile, you’re gonna have to make due with one less talisman pouch. It’s definitely a handicap, so I wish you the best of luck.
