Finally brings in the Numbers event in both Cold War and Warzone which is a set of nine unique challenges that help you unlock rewards in both games.

NOW LIVE: THE NUMBERS EVENT

The Numbers Event has arrived in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone!

For a limited time, players can take on two unique sets of nine challenges to unlock new rewards in both games, for a total of 18 challenges and 19 rewards to earn during the event. Complete a full set of nine challenges in either game to unlock our first-ever event weapon reward, the dual-wield Sai!

Jump in now and start completing those challenges… the event ends at 9PM PT Oct. 5th in Black Ops Cold War, and 9PM PT Oct. 6th in Warzone. Season Six is just around the corner!

GO HARDCORE IN OUTBREAK SURVIVAL

Ready for a more hardcore Zombies experience? See if you’ve got what it takes in the all-new Outbreak Survival, now live during The Numbers Event in Black Ops Cold War.

This limited-time mode drops players into the Outbreak Zone armed with only a 1911 pistol and no mini-map to rely on. HUD elements are limited, Blueprint access is restricted, and auto-health regen is disabled, so you’ll need to scavenge for food items to replenish your health after taking damage. It’s time to put your survival skills to the ultimate test. How long can you last?

Today’s update also delivers stability fixes and gameplay improvements in Zombies, including fixes for some particularly annoying weapon duplication and Custom Mod issues associated with the Apply Blueprint feature. Check out the patch notes below to see what’s new:

GLOBAL

Events

  • The Numbers
    • Limited-time event now live in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone.
    • Take on 18 challenges across both games to unlock up to 19 new rewards.
    • Complete a full set of nine challenges in either game to unlock the new dual-wield Sai melee weapon.

Weapons

  • Sai
    • New melee weapon available as a reward for completing a full set of nine challenges in Black Ops Cold War or Warzone during The Numbers Event.
    • Weapon Blueprint version now available via Store Bundle.

ZOMBIES

Outbreak

  • Modes
    • Outbreak Survival
      • New limited-time mode added to Outbreak.
      • Players must eat food to replenish health. Health regen is disabled.
      • Players load in armed only with a 1911 pistol.
      • HUD maps and Apply Blueprint feature are disabled.
  • Vehicles
    • Addressed an issue that caused vehicles to take higher damage than anticipated from Plaguehounds in higher Regions.

Blueprints

  • Addressed an issue with the Apply Blueprint feature with Custom Mods that could sometimes duplicate the player’s weapon.
  • Addressed an issue with the Apply Blueprint feature that could sometimes incorrectly apply a Custom Mod the first time the weapon was used.

Equipment

  • Addressed an issue that caused the LT53 Kazimir total count to drop from 2 to 1 when taking certain actions.

Stability

  • Added stability fixes for rare issues related to weapons and Wall Buys.
