Players are notified of new Divine Quality gear and have all of their Legendary armor and weapons upgraded to Divine Rarity. That is, all the gear was bought from Reda and Shop. It goes without saying, losing all their carefully collected runs has left players devastated. And it seems practically inevitable because the process happens automatically when you start the game. So, can you save your precious runs? Yes, there is a way to save them, but you must have a save file before deleting the runs. If you have, follow these steps to get the runs back:
- Turn off the internet connection on your PC/console
- Launch the game offline
- Go to “Load” and find the last save with runes prior to the Divine upgrade
- Load that save
- Remove all runes from Reda and Shop items (they will appear in your inventory)
- When you remove all runes, manually save the game
- Now you can safely turn your internet on again
