Where to Find Emergency Rations DMZ
As with almost all DMZ missions, the Medical Mule White Lotus mission consists of three phases. First, you will need to find and distribute 20 Stims. Finding 20 stims is relatively easy, and most players will have no problem accomplishing this task. Although rare, it seems that even 5 self-revives don't cause any problems for players. The best places to find emergency rations are small houses and fridges inside them. One important thing to note is that you will find many of them in the hospital between the Al-Safwa Quarry and the Rohan Oil Refinery. Along the main asphalt highway and the parallel railroad is a small rest stop with a gas station and medical center. That's where you should look. Of course, as we already mentioned, they can be found in other random places on the map, but this location is where you should be looking if you want to maximize your chances.
