Pokémon Go is a 2016 augmented reality (AR) mobile game developed and published by Niantic in collaboration with Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for iOS and Android devices. A part of the Pokémon franchise, the game is the result of a collaboration between Niantic, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company. It uses mobile devices with GPS to locate, capture, train, and battle virtual creatures, called Pokémon, which appear as if they are in the player's real-world location. The game is free-to-play; it uses a freemium business model combined with local advertising and supports in-app purchases for additional in-game items. The game launched with around 150 species of Pokémon, which had increased to around 700 by 2021. Oricorio, the Dancing Pokemon, has made its way to Pokemon GO. Introduced in the latest Pokemon GO event, “Festival of Colors”, this interesting Flying Pokemon comes in four distinct styles. Depending on which region of the world you reside in, you can get either the Sensu, Baile, Pom-Pom, or Pa’u Oricorio form. While all of them are Flying types, they differ by their dual-type nature – Sensu is a Flying/Ghost type, Baile a Flying/Fire type, Pom-Pom a Flying/Electric Pokemon, and Pa’u a Flying/Psychic type. We will show you the best moveset and most efficient counters for Oricorio in Pokemon GO.

So guys let's start with the best moves for orikorio, regardless of style. For Orikorio's fast move, you must use the air slash. And for Charged Moves - Aerial Ace and Hurricane. Now, due to the different forms of orikorio, the counters used against it vary according to its style. We will cover them all here.

  • Best counter for Baile Style. This is Flying/Fire type. As such, it is damaged normally by: Normal, Flying, Poison, Ghost, Psychic, Ice, Dragon, and Dark attacks. It is immune to Ground and resistant to Fighting, Bug, Steel, Fire, Grass, and Fairy. It is weak to: Water, Electric, and especially to Rock moves.
  • Best counter for Pom-Pom Style. A Flying/Electric type. The following moves damage it normally: Normal, Poison, Ghost, Fire, Water, Electric, Psychic, Dragon, Dark, and Fairy. Again, it is immune to ground and resistant to Fighting, Flying, Bug, Steel, and Grass. It is weak to Rock and Ice, making these moves the best to use against it.
  • Best counter for Pa’u Style. Flying/Psychic Pokemon. Normal, Flying, Poison, Bug, Steel, Fire, Water, Dragon, and Fairy moves damage this type normally. It is immune to Ground and resistant to Fighting, Grass, and Psychic. Pa’u is weak to Rock, Ghost, Electric, Ice, and Dark.
  • Best counter for Sensu Style. A Flying/Ghost type. Flying, Steel, Fire, Water, Psychic, Dragon, and Fairy moves provide normal damage against it. Sensu is immune to Normal, Fighting, and Ground moves and resistant to Poison, Bug, and Grass. The same as with Pa’u, Sensu is particularly weak to Rock, Ghost, Electric, Ice, and Dark moves.
