The highlight of this update is that the game is also known as Samurai Spirits in Japan and has the same game content as the global game. This is a small patch with only two fixes, so it shouldn't take you long to download.

Here are the official patch notes for Samurai Shodown Update 2.42 that is now rolling out to all the supported platforms of the game:
- BAIKEN not able to Rage Explode after being Guard Crushed.
- Specific moves not displaying properly when BAIKEN is disarmed.
NOTE: If more patch notes are revealed later by the developers, we will add them here as soon as possible. For now, this is everything they have revealed about this new small patch.
Samurai Shodown is now available for the PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch platforms.
